We understand that decorating or furnishing a home can be an overwhelming task that is why we at Imperial House offer our customers free interior decoration advice. Let our professional interior decorators guide you in this daunting job of creating beautiful rooms in your home.

Delivery
Part of the value added service we give our customers is making sure that their items arrive at their homes in absolute good condition. Our delivery personnel are well- trained in packing and handling of our products. Installation of your purchased items is done in the most professional way.

Indent Order
Most of our items are imported from foreign suppliers and some particular pieces are very limited in availability. In this case we offer our customers indent orders so they can select special pieces not in our inventory, as well as request for items with their preferred limited edition numbers. We only require a 50% down payment upon processing the indent order. The balance is due upon delivery of the items which usually takes three to six months from confirmation.

Installment Plans
We offer affordable installment options to our customers. Please contact us for more details and information.

Warranties
In the rare event that our customers encounter any problem with our products we are readily available to assist them. Our highly-trained maintenance people can make the necessary repairs on the items. Some of the repairs may be with a fee depending on the situation. In case of product manufacturer’s fault we can replace the faulty item but we cannot issue refunds.

Know about Lladró Assurance Program (LAP)
With the Lladró Assurance Program, we want to offer a complete service for you to enjoy your sculptures for a long time. Lladró therefore insures your sculpture at no charge from the date of purchase. In the event of breakage, you can purchase your sculpture again, or another one of equal or lesser value at 33% off the current suggested retail price at the store where it is being purchased. If the damage is only to a replaceable part, we can order replacements parts at no cost (only in exceptional cases special parts will be charged). Customer is, however, responsible for any additional repair costs.
